Covid 19 - Coronavirus update

In respose to the latest announcement about the latest lockdown we are permitted to stay open and carry out MOT's and repairs, you will be able to leave home to get a MOT. We will be giving prority to MOT's and essential repairs at this current time but please be understanding that we have had a large number or breakdowns over the new year period.
If you are dropping off a car and have any symptoms of COVID 19 please do not leave the house and self isolate
Please wear a face mask in the reception area, if you do not have a mask please leave your key in your car and make us aware of your arrival from outside our reception area.
Please find our guidelines as below to help keep everyone safe,
Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 5pm Saturday - Currently open 1 Saturday a Month ( hopfully will updated soon )
MOT's
Due to the MOT extension we are currently very busy with MOT's and booking currently almost 3 weeks in advance, so please check your MOT and think about booking in sooner rather than later. We always try our best but we can only carry out so many MOT tests per day.
Also please plan for next year as your MOT can been carried out at any time, the MOT is valid for 12 months so you can plan and have your MOT carried out at a convient time.
All work bookings will be on drop and leave basis - no waiting jobs at the moment, so please call first before coming in.
Please respect social distancing please keep 2 Meters away from our staff, a key box will be provided to drop keys, your contact details will be confirmed and you will be called when you vehicle is ready for collection. If you wish you can leave your keys in the car and call us on 01249 812501 we will then check your deails and retreive your keys when you have left.
We will using gloves and coverings to help keep us all safe and antibac as required, please leave any Service books and locking wheel nut keys on the Front seat.
We would prefer that people paid over the phone where possible Cash and Cheque will not be accepted at the moment.
